Suspended Ekurhuleni Metro Police deputy chief Julius Mkhwanazi and Ekurhuleni municipal manager Kagiso Lerutla briefly appeared in the Boksburg Regional Court today for further pre-trial proceedings in their fraud and corruption case, where the matter was postponed to 21 August to allow the state more time to provide further particulars to the defence.
