President Cyril Ramaphosa has extended the deadline for the #MadlangaCommission’s final report to 16 November 2026, giving the inquiry additional time to conclude evidence and complete its investigation into allegations of criminality, political interference and corruption within the criminal justice system.

Hearings are expected to continue until 2 October 2026.
