Suspended City of Ekurhuleni Head of Legal Services, Advocate Kemi Behari, who appeared at the #MadlangaCommission earlier this year, has been arrested, according to eNCA.
He was reportedly taken into custody after his disciplinary hearing this afternoon, amid allegations that he failed to execute a council resolution to discipline suspended EMPD Deputy Chief Julius Mkhwanazi.
