Minister in the Presidency Khumbudzo Ntshavheni says undocumented foreign nationals who leave or are deported from South Africa will not be compensated by the government for any property they leave behind, but any property they legally own remains protected by South African law and can be sold or otherwise disposed of through legal channels.
