‘I said yes’: Precious Kofi blessed with second shot at marriage!

Podcaster and former TV producer, Precious Kofi, is blessed with a second shot at marriage, happily announcing via Instagram on 23 June that she “said yes” to her partner’s marriage proposal.

This will mark Precious’ second marriage as her first ended in a divorce back in 2017. The 39-year-old was previously married to a man known only as Mr. Schamel, and they built a life in America with their two children.

PRECIOUS KOFI’S SECOND SHOT AT MARRIAGE

Celebrities and fans alike expressed their joy over Precious’s latest relationship post, which she simply captioned “I said Yes”.

Nandi Madida commented: Congrats.

Renate Stuurman added: Congratulations, lovely.

Boitumelom_themakeupartist wrote: Nchoo baby girl, you deserve all the happiness. I wish you all things bright and beautiful.

Kopano Shimange wrote: Oh, Precious. Congratulations.

March 2026 was a special month for Precious as she celebrated her birthday, returned to social media after months offline, and officially hard-launched her man.

In the many photos she posted, it was clear that the couple loves adventure, with her partner showing off his scrumptious cooking skills.

Precious marked her social media return with the following caption:

“Well…it’s my birthday month. We’re all celebrating together all month long ne?”

PRECIOUS CHURNS OUT CREATIVE PROJECTS 

Basking in her creativity she launched a podcast titled FIRST. with Bonnie & Precious in collaboration with author and actress Bonnie Mbuli, in 2025. 

In November 2024, Precious revived her art aspirations after a two-year break. One of her pieces, Waiting On You, was picked by curator Esther Hernandez for an exhibition at Union Hall Art Space in 2022.

She wrote the following caption on Instagram, where she reflected on her art career:

“And now after a 2yrs break from my art career, I feel ready to approach it with the self-care and self-nurturing mindset that I’ve now been practicing. We live and learn right,” she wrote.
