Blue Mbombo Reveals HIV Fears Amid Claims of Baby Daddy’s Promiscuity

Reality TV icon Blue Mbombo has shockingly revealed that she was taking medication to prevent contracting HIV because her baby daddy was a promiscuous love rat.

This she said in a protection order which she submitted to the police at Midrand Police where she opened a case against her baby daddy Hendricks Nokwane after he allegedly contravened

Nokwane was subsequently arrested and appeared in the Midrand Magistrate Court on main day 1 June 2026. Blue Bombo submitted the protection order to the police as part of evidence of the alleged violation of the court order.

In the protection order, which she obtained at the Randburg Magistrate’s Court, Blue Mbombo said she started taking the pill because she was hypercondriac after discovering that Nokwane was philandering.
She alleged that as a result of taking the pill to save herself, he deliberately nicknamed her “ Miss HIV pills” .

This because he suspected that she was rogering another behind his back to prevent her from being exposed to the disease.
“The respondent has since February 2026 assumed an attitude in calling me”Miss HIV pills” or bullying and shaming me with mention of my taking PREP, a medication preventative to contracting HIV.

This has to do with a recent incident in January 2026 where the respondent found PREP in the villa where I stayed. He assumed this meant that I was/is in a relationship with another man and I must take preventative measures because of exposure to HIV.

This is, in fact, nonsense and untrue. I have taken up using PREP because I had sufficient reason to believe that the respondent was in a sexual relationship with at least one other person, this (name withheld) referenced supra, and felt that I had to protect myself,” she said.

In the statement, Blue Mbombo alleged that she went to the businessman’s home with her helper, only known as Mesiwe, to fetch her child. She said when she arrived, she asked her helper to go into the house because the protection order she obtained against Nokwane prohibited her from speaking to him.

“Mesiwe fetched the child at the house and came back with her to the car. Ms Mbombo was not happy with the clothes that her child was wearing, so Mesiwe had to go back to the house. (Name withheld) came out and went to Ms Mbombo’s car and they had an argument.

At about 03:44 she received an email from her ex-boyfriend (name withheld) insulting and harassing her, which led to him violating the interim protection order as per Randburg Court 349/2026. Case docket opened for further investigations,” the statement read.

National Prosecuting Authority Spokesperson Magaboke Mohlatlole confirmed that Nokwane appeared in the Midrand Magistrate’s Court on 1 June .

“ He was released on R1000 bail ,”he said.

Mohlatlole said Nokwane will appear against in court on Friday 12 June for representations .Both Blue Mbombo and Nokwane couldn’t be reached for comment at the time of publication.
