Actress and fashion designer Enhle Mbali Mlotshwa is realising a major dream as she sees her store come to life.

Mlotshwa filmed the process from when the location of her Rosebank store was just a blank slate, to what she excitedly calls ‘her world’ – the Essie Apparel store.

She posted on her social media that her store is standing and ready to welcome clients, captioning the post: “It has been such a journey creating this store — a space where you can truly step into my world and experience Essie Apparel. Every detail was chosen with intention, from the textures and finishes to the atmosphere that welcomes you the moment you walk through the door.”

“A special thank you to @laminatefloorworld for the beautiful floors you installed. They have become the foundation of the Essie experience and truly are the cherry on top. I am beyond grateful for your craftsmanship and attention to detail. Welcome to the world of @essie_apparel.”

This was a dream in the making for the designer who designed
