Happening Today 🚨

Sergeant Fannie Nkosi Back in Court for Bail Appeal

Suspended SAPS Organised Crime Unit member Sergeant Fannie Nkosi is back before the Pretoria High Court today for his bail appeal after previously being denied bail in the Pretoria North Magistrate’s Court.

Nkosi faces charges including unlawful possession of explosives, firearms and police dockets, theft, and defeating the ends of justice.

The State is also seeking to centralise his Gauteng matter with a separate Limpopo case linked to a 2022 Thohoyandou firearms and dagga investigation, where he allegedly impersonated a senior SAPS officer to access and remove confiscated evidence.
