British singer Jessie J is elated to be in the clear after a year fighting cancer.

The mother of one spoke about her early-stage breast cancer diagnosis late last year, but now she has a good update for her fans and supporters.

In December 2025, Jessie said to ABC News that in March of the same year she got her diagnosis after she found a lump in her breast and got a biopsy done. She later had a mastectomy of her right breast.

In a video from the clinic treating her, the Living My Best Life singer was scared ahead of the update, sighing in relief when she got the all clear.

Jessie captioning the post: “RESULTS ARE IN AND I AM CANCER FREE. I sobbed for hours and then exhaled for the first time in a year.”

“So I’m back for my yearly checkup. I’m actually sh&#*ng myself, I’m not gonna lie. They told me there was no contrast, but I think there is… Gotta go in for my MRI, pretend I’m not claustrophobic,” started Jessie.

“If you haven’t had a breast MRI, you have to lay on your front and put your arms in the air like superman… But fingers crossed. All good. Positive vibes,” said Jessie.
