Maritzburg United have completed the signing of a highly-rated defender.

FARPost reported on Sunday that the club had agreed on terms with former Baroka captain Bonginkosi Makume.

As reported earlier, Makume joins the club on a three-year deal with the move already done.

According to a source close to the club, the player has started doing his rehabilitation with the club. He is nursing an ankle injury during training recently.
