Siyabonga Nkosi, the businessman accused of corruption, has been trending all week. But who is his gorgeous wife? Let’s learn more about Leleti Nkosi.

Leleti’s social media content indicates that homegirl enjoys a lavish lifestyle. From dreamy vacations, fancy gifts, luxury cars, a beautiful family life and a promising career, Leleti seems to have it all.

However, the recent findings by the Special Investigating Unit (SIU) dented her reputation, leaving those who envied her feeling good about their ordinary life, so to speak.

A NURTURER OF NOTE

Her social media bio states that she is a farmer with a background in the medical sector, as a homeopathy intern.

Leleti’s content is not always about her glamorous lifestyle; she also posts special moments as a mother and wife, wearing a dress or skirt, a doek (headwrap), and a pinafore, a typical “makoti attire.”

The 26-year-old enjoys cooking with the three-legged pot (drie foot), another traditional method for a makoti (bride), especially in a farm environment.

In many photos, Leleti is also seen enjoying some good ol’ quality time with her besties.

LELETI: THE FARMER

The latest “farm life” content was posted six days ago (19 April), where she is vaccinating their cattle on the farm.

In fact, she appears to spend more time at the farm than in a medical facility, making it look so cool while dressed in farm overalls.

GOOD HAIR, DON’T CARE

In addition to her striking beauty, Leleti’s lush afro is just too hard to miss.

She explores different hairstyles, such as her signature cornrows, bantu knots, and both high and low buns. The true beauty of her hair shines through when it is freshly blown out.

LELETI’S LOAD-SHEDDING VIDEO DID NOT AGE WELL

In a resurfaced video, Leleti, while enjoying an international vacation, jokingly asked her South African fans about the ongoing loadshedding issues since she was having a time of her life.

Fast forward to 2026, many are wondering whether she was being sarcastic, given that her husband was likely involved in corruption at Eskom while the country was battling load-shedding.

The South African credits TikTok user @kiaraplugs for the video below.

LIFE WITH HER HUSBAND SIYABONGA NKOSI

In 2024, family and friends gathered to celebrate the Umembeso traditional ceremony of Leleti and Siyabonga.

However, not all that glitters is gold, as their marriage dominated the news thereafter.

Leleti exposed women who were confessing their love for her husband via DM’s, with some even reaching out to him on WhatsApp.

On the flip side, X user @Sizi_phiwe claimed that Siyabonga’s ex-wife, Thandi, left him after he allegedly wanted to take Leleti as his second wife.

WHY IS LELETI NKOSI’S HUSBAND TRENDING?

Leleti’s husband is under investigation for alleged criminal activities involving the state-owned power utility Eskom.

A media statement from Selby Makgotho, the spokesperson for the Special Investigating Unit (SIU), revealed that Siyabonga’s company submitted invoices to Eskom with inflated prices for equipment that was not only unnecessary but had not been used in years.

The investigation will review the irregular contracts approved by Eskom officials, which led to major financial losses.

Should any trace of illegal conduct be found, the SIU will forward its findings to the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) for further steps.
