Unathi Nkayi tells off young man for disrespectful ‘grannies’ label

Media personality and singer Unathi Nkayi is not happy with a social media user who ‘woke up and decided to disrespect’ her friends after he used her video to teach men who to date to get ahead in life.

Donald Makhasane has seemingly deleted his post, but not before Nkayi took screenshots of his post, which said:” My boys, I can’t teach you everything. This is the group of grannies you need to date to get ahead in life. I’m not gonna repeat myself.”

In response, Nkayi lectured Makhasane about his ‘disrespectful’ post, telling him to rather focus on the dignity of his marriage, self-esteem, and health instead.

“You woke up and decided to disrespect my friends. You’re going to regret it @donaldmakhasane

Let’s start with you, young black man who is willingly going to expose your low self-esteem in front of the nation coz you thought it’s cool to call women that you don’t know grannies. Focus on the dignity of your marriage and stop embarrassing your wife on public platforms,” said Unathi.

“The copious amounts of selfies you have posted as a MAN speaks volumes about you wanting to be seen. LOW SELF-ESTEEM. Your wrist indicates that you need to take better care of yourself, so focus on YOUR HEALTH.”

“PS Those of us who do have kids have sent our eldest ones to uni to study, to build their careers and empires. We’ll let you know when we do become grannies. Personally, I can’t wait…..BUT in my family, education FIRST,” Nkayi concluded.

Nkayi has never been one to shy away from controversies that she’s confronted with from time to time. She recently responded to online chatter about the status of her relationship with former friend Somizi Mhlongo.
