Netflix series The Ultimatum South Africa has come and gone, but its memorable cast from the first season is forever etched in our minds for giving us drama, scandal, and unexpected endings.
One such cast member from the show is Ruth Khathide, who came with her partner at the time, Isaac Kaninda, to see if and how their relationship would be affirmed or tested by the experience.
While some of the couples found their happily-ever-after with the partners they came to the show with, others were not so lucky.
Ruth and Isaac’s relationship could not survive The Ultimatum, ending due to mistrust after Ruth slept with Nolla during her trial marriage to him.

It is not clear when Ruth’s single status changed, or how and when she met her man, only known as Pawel Weszka from her post and change of surname on Instagram.
Her partner in crime on the show, Nolla, outed the recent marriage of Ruth and her new husband, which Ruth reposted with the caption: ‘Thank you and thank you for allowing your family to grace us with their presence ❤️ baby Maru is an angel!’
Nolla, himself, is a happily married man, having married Lebo, the girlfriend he brought to the show. The couple has a young son together.
