Media personality and reality TV star Londie London, known for her appearance on The Real Housewives of Durban, is ready to tell her story in her upcoming reality show, Life with Londie London.
The new series gives viewers an all-access look into Londie London and her family as she navigates life while rebuilding her brand and identity. The reality show will air on Thursday, 7 May 2026, and promises to reveal a more personal side of the star.
The series explores Londie’s life as a mother, daughter, singer, and businesswoman. It also introduces the people who support her behind the scenes and help her stay grounded through life’s pressures. Instead of avoiding rumours and criticism, the show confronts them directly as Londie faces headlines and takes control of her own story.
The reality star has already experienced public drama, including a clash with influencer Dineo Moloisane. However, the show aims to give viewers a deeper understanding of who she is beyond the headlines.
Reported by The Citizen, Londie London explained that the show will reveal sides of her that the public has never seen before.
“This show is deeply personal. People are going to see sides of me they’ve never seen before. I’m more than just a Housewife, and this is me showing my strength, my hard work, and the highs and lows that come with it,” said Londie.
She added that the format of the show places her at the centre of the story.
“This show is different because it follows me,” she said. “I’m at the centre of it and viewers will get to see more of me and all my different sides. It’s very personal and I can’t hide behind anyone. I’m front and centre, baring it all – the good, the bad, and the ugly.”
LONDIE LONDON TAKES CONTROL OF HER OWN STORY
Londie also revealed that the decision to share her story now comes from a stronger sense of self.
“A lot has happened in my life, and for a long time people only saw bits and pieces. Now, I feel more sure of who I am, so it made sense to tell my story in my own voice.”
That confidence also shapes how she deals with public criticism and attention as one of South Africa’s most talked-about personalities.
“I’ve grown a thick skin. Before, things used to affect me more. Now I understand that people will always have opinions.”
Still, opening up emotionally for the cameras came with its own challenges.
“The hardest part was letting people see me when I’m not okay. It’s easy to show the strong side, but this show needed honesty – and that can be uncomfortable.”
