For Pearl Modiadie, her Easter holidays were all about soaking in some quality family time outdoors with her son Lewatle Olivier and her handsome baby daddy Nathaniel Oppenheimer.

On Monday, 6 April, the media personality shared her Easter holiday content with her followers on social media.

PEARL SPENT EASTER HOLIDAYS WITH BABY DADDY AND SON

The former couple has always demonstrated their ability to unite and celebrate family moments, such as their son’s birthday parties and other special occasions.

While many of Pearl’s followers praised them for being cordial and mature despite their breakup, one Instagram user @fionaobeng commented on their “chemistry”: “But Pearl, you and your son’s father, the chemistry is real.”

In which Pearl responded: “This has been our life for the past 5 years, my babe. We just co-parent well.”

The former Zaziwa presenter on SABC 1 posted these pictures from her wholesome Easter weekend.

PEARL: ‘ALONE IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN BEING UNHAPPY’

Pearl and Nathaniel broke up in December 2020, just a few months after they welcomed their child in September.

According to Daily Sun, anonymous sources revealed to the publication that Pearl, as a new mother at the time, felt unsupported by her partner.

“As a new mum, she wanted some kind of support from her partner, and he did give her that, but she felt it wasn’t enough,” said the source.

The second source who spoke with Daily Sun stated the following: “Pearl decided to end things with him because she was no longer feeling happy and wanted to focus on being a good mother to her child,” began the source.

“Things started falling apart between the couple a few months after the baby was welcomed into the world,” added the source.

In a series of Instagram Stories, the television and radio personality confirmed her split from her baby daddy:

“Alone is so much better than being unhappy,” she began.

“I wasn’t able to achieve my dream of having the family I’ve always longed for. But out of it came my beautiful son, and for that I’m eternally grateful,” wrote Pearl.

ANOTHER RELATIONSHIP BITES THE DUST FOR PEARL

The Law, Love and Betrayal actress also endured another heartbreak after parting ways with her fiancé, Jordan Cohen.

They were the envy of many as Pearl’s fans believed that she had finally found the one to settle down with.

Although there wasn’t any official word on their separation, it became quite telling when Pearl deleted their photos and stopped posting about him.
