Perez Hilton talks about being ‘one of Blake Lively’s many victims’

Perez Hilton is at home recovering after a long hospital stay, and he took time to record a video about his previous legal dealings with Blake Lively.

Hilton is still frail after his nearly fatal medical emergency, but he is making steady progress in his recovery.

He earlier related how what started as the flu, which he treated with medications, ended up with his developing an ulcer, then perforation, and then sepsis after he took his flu medication without food for a week.

But he is now healing and on his feet again.

Hilton posted the video and captioned it: “Releasing this trauma!!! I AM FREE! | Blake Lively filed dozens of baseless subpoenas in 2025, aimed at hurting people that were critical of her claims against Justin Baldoni. Perez Hilton was one of her victims, and he was hurt, but he left this experience stronger and wiser. Here he reflects on that trying time and stands in solidarity with the countless others that Ryan Reynolds’ wife abused through the legal system!”

Perez Hilton explains his legal battle with Blake Lively

“I’m one of Blake Lively’s many victims, and I stand in solidarity with all the other victims,” began Hilton in his recording.

“It’s now been a few days since the ruling by my besty, Judge Liman, that decimated Lily Doom’s [Bloom] lawsuit against Justin Baldoni and the Wayfair defendants,” he continued.

“Ten out of her thirteen claims were tossed, including what she originally said was the most important claim, SH (sexual harassment), in the garbage. Now, after her loss, the goal posts have been moved… the most important thing was retaliation,” continued Hilton.

“[She] … released a statement… saying she was standing up for victims. Blake Lively was not standing up for me. She victimised me and so many others over the last year.”

“Blake Lively used and abused the legal system to get revenge… I did not back down. I was not afraid of her money or her husband’s money… For three months, I fought, and sent filing, after filing, and showed up in court against a team of very expensive lawyers from the East Coast… and the same exact day the ACLU of Nevada called up Ezra Hudson and Blake Lively’s lawyers to say that they were representing me, they withdrew their subpoena against me… her attempt at revenge for not buying her BS.”

“It didn’t work. I’m her victim, and like Justin Baldoni, I beat her,” concludes Hilton.
