Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed their latest exit ahead of the 2022/23 DStv Premiership campaign.
The clearout that began last month has kicked up again as Siphosakhe Ntiya-Ntiya was released on Tuesday morning and he’s now joined out the exit door by Ramahlwe Mphahlele.
Despite having a one-year option on his contract the club has opted to part ways with the 32-year-old, who joined the club from Mamelodi Sundowns in 2016 where he had won two league titles, the Telkom Knockout and CAF Champions League.
While he failed to add to his career silverware at Chiefs, he joins the likes of former captain Bernard Parker, Samir Nurkovic, Leonardo Castro, Lebogang Manyama, Kearyn Baccus, Daniel Cardoso, Daniel Akpeyi, Dumisani Zuma, Lazarous Kambole and goalkeeper coach, Lee Baxter to leave the club over the past few weeks
Anthony Akumu has been placed on the transfer list and is already being linked with a move to Tanzanian giants Simba SC.
