Rich Mnisi introduces ties on his clothing range

South African designer Rich Mnisi is stepping deeper into fashion by introducing ties to his iconic fashion range.

The contemporary designer, based in Johannesburg, took to his Instagram page to uncover the five Rich Mnisi ties. “The tie reimagined,” he introduced the designs.

“Introducing five distinctive RICH MNISI ties, each one a collectible expression of form, story, and identity. From fluid motion and bold geometry to florals, texture, and the human silhouette, every piece transforms a classic essential into something deeply expressive. Designed to be worn, kept and remembered,” read the statement.

In the post, the five ties have been revealed, and they have bold prints, colours, duality and fluidity.

Instagram users weighed in:

DJ Lamiez Holworthy said: “Now I need to get all for my husband (Read us coz I’m going to wear the too).”

One Instagram user said: “Need!!! And I need the economy pack that comes with all of them! DVD Box set.”

While another one added: “The cow what what, so stunning.”

The RICH MNISI brand was founded in 2015. It has always been known for contemporary designs, and a deep connection to the Tsonga heritage.

According to AFWMiddle East, the brand was initially created as a personal outlet for Rich, driven by his desire to rediscover Africa’s hidden cultural treasures through modern lens.
