Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane to challenge her suspension. Mkhwebane will also challenge part of the judgment by the Western Cape High Court. President Cyril Ramaphosa suspended Mkhwebane with immediate effect on Thursday.
He said she will remain suspended until the National Assembly makes a decision on her impeachment.
