‘Think Like a Man’ co-stars groomsmen as Gary Owen marries

Actor and comedian Gary Owen married his partner and mother of his young twin boys, Brianna Johnson, on 7 March in Houston, Texas.

In a star-studded celebration of the love between the two, Owen recruited Terrence J, Romany Malco, Jerry Ferrara, Michael Ealy and Will Packer, his co-stars from Think Like a Man movies to support him at the alter as groomsmen, as well as former footballer Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson to officiate the wedding.

“We wanted the wedding ceremony and reception to be dramatic, memorable, and ultimately fun. We intentionally steered away from a traditional, overly formal ceremony format, wanting the entire experience to feel lively and celebratory from beginning to end,” the couple said to PEOPLE Magazine.

Owen has older children with his first wife Kenya Duke, whom he married in 2003. The pair went their separate ways in 2021.

51-year-old Cincinnati, Ohio native, Owen has spoken about his older children in the past, saying that his relationship with them has deteriorated since his divorce.

Owen and Johnson are parents to Lucas and Julian who were born in August 2023.
