Rachel Kolisi, the estranged wife of Springboks captain Siya Kolisi, teased her followers with what they could expect of her upcoming documentary Falling Forward.

RACHEL KOLISI: ‘I’VE DONE UNHEALTHY FOR TOO LONG’

Director and speaker Rachel Kolisi is gearing up for the release of her documentary Falling Foward, which comes just about a year after announcing her divorce from Springboks captain, Siya Kolisi. In a teaser, shared on Instagram, she revealed that she had done unhealthy for too long and encouraged others to make healthier decisions because. Take a look…

“I think we’ve all got the ability to be resilient. Every single day, we all wake up with choices, that we are allowed to make, that we are in control of. And how we choose to use those, really lands us up in a really healthy whole space or a really dangerous unhealthy place,” she said.

“I’ve done unhealthy, I’ve done unhealthy for too long. I have made unhealthy decisions, I have sacrificed myself, my mental health, my emotional health, my physical health, I’ve sacrificed for too long. And I don’t want to do that anymore, I’m choosing to take the longer, harder, healing road. I don’t know what it spits out at the end of it, but I’m more excited for that woman, at the end of this journey,” she continued.

RACHEL AND SIYA KOLISI DIVORCE

Siya and Rachel announced their split via a joint statement in October 2024. The pair were married for eight years and have two beautiful children together – Nicholas (11) and Keziah (9). Siya has since moved on with 25-year-old influencer Rachel John. Just last week the pair were in Los Angeles at the NBA All star weekend, and then New York together.

Here’s five things to know about Siya’s “girlfriend” Rachel John here.
