In a post-performance message, she thanked the SANDF for hosting the event in her hometown and bringing people together.

”Yesterday it was my first day at work .. all thanks to @sa_national_defense_force for bringing my people together, in a stadium that I have been dreaming of filling up… 🔥😭. Thank you to all my fans for supporting me,” she wrote on Instagram.

The singer had been recovering from injuries sustained in the accident while travelling from Limpopo to Johannesburg and later underwent physiotherapy after hospital discharge.
