Rachel Kolisi ready to move on from Siya?

Rachel Kolisi has seemingly hinted about moving on from her ex, Springbok captain Siya Kolisi, in a TikTok video

This comes after the rugby player and his new girlfriend, Rachel John, have enjoyed a trip to the US for the past few days.

RACHEL KOLISI READY TO MOVE ON?

In her latest TikTok video, Rachel Kolisi posted a clip of herself riding a horse on the beach.

Over the clip were the words: “Beautiful things happen when you stop making yourself smaller to fit into places you’ve outgrown.”

The post was set to the soundtrack of Olivia Dean’s Man I Need.

The lyrics to the catchy track speak about recognising self-worth and demanding respect, love, and affection from a romantic partner.

In a previous TikTok post, Rachel Kolisi hinted at dealing with heartbreak and betrayal

The mother-of-two shared a Point of View (POV) TikTok video that narrated the words: “Do you know what betrayal trauma is? It’s like being pushed out of an airplane before you’re ready. You won’t have a parachute, and as you’re falling, you look up to see your person watching you. They’re watching you fall and hit the ground, and they’re smiling.”

The voice continued to narrate that the partner was not there for their significant other, particularly during a difficult challenge.

It added: “Your person didn’t stop the plane, they didn’t land it, didn’t come back to see if you were okay, or even apologise.

“Instead, they picked up a new person along the way. It wasn’t just your bones that shattered; it was your self-worth, your trust, safety, your truth, everything you thought was true, is now untrue.

“Nothing makes sense. All the happy memories turn to disappointment and sorrow. You don’t understand love anymore. You’ve met evil; they killed a part of you before you were ready to die.”

CO-PARENTING THROUGH THE CHALLENGES

Despite Rachel Kolisi enduring a public divorce and preparing to speak about her life-altering challenges in her upcoming documentary and biography, she maintains a cordial relationship with her ex, Siya Kolisi.

Last year, the former Springbok WAG flew to France with her two children to watch her ex earn his 100th test cap.

In January,  Siya and Rachel were spotted sitting side by side while watching their son at a sporting event.
