Benedict Bridgerton might have made a colossal faux pas, but it seems like he will be able to bounce back, judging from the trailer of the second part of Bridgerton season 4.

When the second part drops on Netflix on Thursday, we are sure to get all the answers to the questions raised in the first part. In season 4, part 1, we are introduced to Sophie Baek, and she immediately captures the attention of Benedict Bridgerton.

Part 1 revolves around Benedict trying to track the love “Sophie Baek” of his life down. This iconic Cinderella retelling is what inspired the season.

So what can the audience expect going into Part 2?

According to Netflix, part 2 of the season will consist of four episodes. These episodes are titled “Yes and No,” “The Passing Winter,” “The Beyond,” and “Dance in the Country.”

Episode 4 of the first part ended with Benedict asking Sophie to be his mistress. According to Netflix, it seems deeply unlikely that Sophie will accept Benedict’s proposal to become his mistress in part 2.

The full part 2 trailer, released on Valentine’s Day, shows Benedict and Sophie trying and continuing to fail to fight the feelings they have for each other. While Sophie tries her best to maintain her integrity, Benedict struggles with the constraints of his class background. This takes an emotional toll on him, as shown throughout the trailer. He constantly struggles with his emotions and his future in society, particularly in the Bridgerton community.

Part 2 also guaranteed drama from Sophie’s own ‘family’ as her stepmother continues to fight for her daughter to wed Benedict.

It will drop on the 26th of February 2026, just a few weeks after Part 1 premiered on January 29 2026.
