The former Kaizer Chiefs striker’s campaign has been a tale of two halves; after failing to find the back of the net in his first nine outings for the club, he has since exploded with eight goals in his last nine matches.
Born in Ga-Kgapane, Limpopo, Chivaviro’s most recent contribution was a goal in a 2-2 draw against Jeddah Club on Friday.

LEAVING KAIZER CHIEFS
He signed with the Saudi First Division outfit after two seasons with Kaizer Chiefs, where he scored nine goals in 45 matches across all competitions.
The former Marumo Gallants attacker was also part of Nasreddine Nabi’s Chiefs squad that lifted the 2024/25 Nedbank Cup, ending a long trophy drought for the Glamour Boys.
Al-Adalah, based in Al-Hulaylah, Al-Ahsa, are best known for bouncing between the Saudi Pro League and the second tier.
Founded in 1984, they play their home games at the 26,000-seater Prince Abdullah bin Jalawi Stadium. While not one of the country’s giants, the club has built a reputation for giving opportunities to both local talent and experienced imports like Chivaviro.

A JOURNEY MAN
Chivaviro’s move to Saudi Arabia came after spells at eight different clubs locally: Witbank Aces, Cape Town All Stars, FC Cape Town, Baroka FC, TS Sporting, Venda FC, Marumo Gallants and Kaizer Chiefs.
In the meantime, Amakhosi have had three remaining out-and-out strikers: Flavio Da Silva, Etiosa Ighodaro, and Tashreeq Morris, while Khanyisa Mayo and Wandile Duba essentially operate as wide players.
