According to an article on Zalebs Sk Khoza was given the opportunity to explain his side of the abuse allegations made by ex-fiancée Ayanda Hlongwane.

SK Khoza discusses a variety of issues that have been bothering him in an interview with businessman and Somizi Mhlongo’s former best friend TT Mbha on his weekly Instagram Live talk show titled, Ama-Tyma Wellness Check-in.

In the live, the actor denies ever hitting a woman. “This is my question to South Africa, my country. Why hasn’t anybody called me to ask if I hit Ayanda Hlongwane? Does my country know that I went to court six and seven times and Ayanda never pitched, not once and she had to be subpoenaed?” he asked. “When Ayanda arrived, she went to sign that she wants to drop the charges and reconcile with me.”

He further went on to say that he has messages that he stored on his phone which could easily expose his ex but he will not do so. “Do people know the kind of messages I have on my phone, that I could easily post up? But I am not that kind of a person, I don’t fight fire with fire. But I can say it to you today, live, I have never hit a woman in my life,” he clarified.

He questioned why the dentist never shared images of her injuries if she was truly abused. “Nobody asked me. When I read in the papers, they said that she was in the hospital with broken ribs and a swollen face. I know a lot of abused women in the world, and I know that what you do is you take footage of that to show the world the kind of abuse you’re going through.

“The person who said I abused her never went out to the world, spoke out, or said anything. But I was guilty even before. That is our country. You are just guilty,” he said.

It seems the interview, pull the trigger in Ayanda. For the first time, she posted pics of her injuries writing: “I’ve been minding my own business and kept quiet about all this but I keep getting triggered. Now I’ll address this till the very end. I didn’t want to relive the trauma but the abuser somehow just doesn’t know when to stop or draw the line.

“If anything happens to me at this point… undoubtedly it will be him and only him.”
