Shebeshxt was arrested in November 2025, in connection with an alleged road rage shooting that occurred on 19 October 2025 in Ladanna, Polokwane. A report by SAPS confirmed that the rapper had a confrontation with the motorist, where he fired several shots injuring a 34-year-old male occupant who had to be rushed to hospital with serious injuries.

“The arrest stems from an incident that occurred in the early hours of Sunday, 19 October 2025, along Witklip street in Ladanna, outside Polokwane,” read the statement.

If a remand detainee is allegedly found with contraband inside a holding facility, it’s not only about the artist.
Contraband doesn’t walk through walls.
It reflects on SAPS/DCS systems; searches, supervision, internal controls.
Accountability must run both ways.
