Rachel Kolisi, the estranged wife of Springboks captain Siya Kolisi, clapped back at comment asking her to move on under her Instagram post earlier this week.

Director and speaker Rachel Kolisi shared a relatable post on how busy she has been lately. She is currently gearing up for her Falling Forward documentary tour and launch of her book. Taking to Instagram, she expressed that some days are messy, but she continues to show up and do her best. Take a look…

“Building a business. Writing a book. Finishing a documentary. Doing everything from event planning to merch for 5 x upcoming events. Preparing my biggest talk yet for @forbeswomanafrica . Raising humans. Keeping bills paid. Carrying it all. Some days it’s messy. Every day, I show up, and do my best,” she wrote.

“Thank you Jesus for chuckles (the chocolates) 😂❤️. Less the a month to go until the @fallingforward__ road show starts! I can’t tell you how grateful I am for all the support. I am BEYOND excited for those nights together,” she continued.

One of her followers asked her to move on and expressed that it’s “boring” now. Rachel clapped back saying there is an unfollow button.

“Just move on tog, it’s boring now,” wrote @vetjie.

“@vetjie mate, you know there’s an unfollow button especially for you 😂😘,” she replied.

OTHER FANS INSPIRED

Other fans and followers were inspired by Rachel and left more wholesome and positive messages. Take a look…

“I don’t think you know how closely so many women are watching this season – not out of curiosity, but respect. This feels like everything up until now is actually the opening pages of a much larger story 🤍,” wrote @tamsyn_gerrits.

“I feel this was written for me. We all adore you. You’re “speaking” and showing up for so many others … but don’t forget to be gentle with you on tough days …,” wrote @barbra_kruyer.

“We’re all rooting for you! One foot in front of the other 🙌🔥❤️,” wrote @lisaedwardcpt.

This comes as Rachel is going through a divorce. She was married to Siya for eight years before announcing their split in October 2024. The pair have two beautiful children together – Nicholas (11) and Keziah (9).

Siya has since moved on with 25-year-old influencer Rachel John. The duo were spotted on “baecation” in Victoria Falls in January, the same place as Siya and Rachel (Kolisi) went on their honeymoon in 2016.
