DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:

Location: Alrode, Alberton, Gauteng
Duration: 12 months

Sasol is offering a Female Fuel Distribution Officer Learnership opportunity to female candidates with code 10 driver’s license, who are keen to receive a Professional Driving Permit, Dangerous Good certification and code 14 driver’s license.

The programme will allow for female candidates to develop essential professional driving skills on a heavy goods vehicle (code 14). The programme is made up of 2 components, namely: a theoretical element aligned to a NQF level 3 Learnership and a practical on-site work experience to improve the skills and workplace performance of entry-level learners.

Learners will be required to participate in the Learnership programme and successfully complete assessment process, as well as participate in all required work-place readiness activities and exercises.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

  • Must be female
  • Must have completed Matric/ Grade 12
  • Must have a valid Code 10 drivers license
  • Advantageous: a valid Code 14 drivers license
  • No experience is required
  • Must take accountability for driving own growth through developing self-awareness, reflecting, seeking feedback and self-correcting
  • Must have excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Preference will be given to candidates from the Ekurhuleni area
