Marise Pollard, the wife of Springboks fly-half Handre Pollard, shared another look inside their new home, via an Instagram post on Sunday 1 February.

HANDRE AND MARISE POLLARD BUILD DREAM HOME

In July 2025, Marise Pollard revealed that her family was staying at her parents home while their home was being built. At this time, Marise and Handre moved back to South Africa as Handre’s contract with Leicester Tigers ended and he joined The Bulls in Pretoria.

“We’re currently staying with my parents while our house is being built and all our furniture makes its way back from the UK by sea,” she wrote on Instagram.

Handre and Marise were also expecting their second baby, Isabella Tanya Pollard, who was born in October 2025. The couple are also parents to one-year-old Hunter Andre Pollard. Marise shared a look inside their home a few days ago, take a look TWO UNDER TWO: MARISE POLLARD ON FITNESS JOURNEY

Marise also took to Instagram to share a real and raw post on what getting fit again during post-partum has been like for her. Take a look…

“I went for a short run last week and my pelvic floor said no 🫠. I’m not one of those people who can train through pregnancy, respect to those who can, and with back-to-back pregnancies, my body definitely needs a little extra grace,” she wrote.

“I’m just really grateful to be back and able to train again, because it’s always something I miss so much while I’m pregnant,” she continued.

“So here’s to small steps 🤍. Not bouncing back, because I’m not the same, and I can’t bounce back to who I was before. I’m so excited to meet this new version of my body, and to celebrate her for all she’s created in the last three years. 🫶🏼,” she added.
