On Tuesday afternoon,  3 mini bus taxis were set alight in Sisa North West. Members of the community became angry after Taxi drivers stopped vehicles with more than three occupants on their way to work forcing them to use their Taxis.

Taxi drivers allegedly stopped miners from Siza Shaft, Bleskop Rustenburg on their way to work, who were using their own vehicles and lift clubs

According to reports, taxi drivers stopped a couple of cars which were carrying miners who work at the Siza Shaft, they then alledgely forced the miners to get off the vehicles they were travelling in and use taxis, the community members retaliated and reportedly set the taxis alight.
