DBN Gogo dragged for touching Blxckie

Amapiano star DBN Gogo has found herself under intense online scrutiny after a viral video showing her interaction with rapper Blxckie ignited backlash across social media.

The clip, which began circulating after being shared on TikTok on 25 November 2025, captures a light-hearted moment between the two musicians at The Hub Nightclub in Pimville, Soweto.

In the footage, DBN Gogo and Blxckie are seen laughing together as the DJ appears to get physically close to the rapper, nuzzling his chest and shoulders in what many viewers interpreted as overly familiar behaviour.

While some online users brushed the moment off as playful, others were far less forgiving.

The backlash intensified due to Blxckie’s widely known long-term relationship with content creator Hermosa, with whom he welcomed a child last year.

Critics accused DBN Gogo of crossing boundaries and showing a lack of respect for Blxckie’s partner.

As the video gained traction, social media timelines quickly filled with memes, jokes and sharp commentary.

However, beneath the humour, a more serious conversation began to emerge, with many users questioning issues of consent, professionalism and double standards within the music industry.

One user asked pointedly, “Dbn Gogo, why would you hold him like that?” while another commented, “And that’s someone’s man.”

Others admitted they were conflicted, with one post reading, “Maybe I’m strict,” and another questioning, “Isn’t Blxckie married?”
