Spices: Chicken spice, paprika, and Cajun spice. Roast your chicken covered with foil for 40 minutes at 180°C. Blend the chicken juices and mix in @Ina Paarman’s Kitchen Spanish Tomato Concentrated Cooking Paste. Remove the foil and roast for another 15–20 minutes until beautifully golden.
