Orlando Pirates have finally welcomed superstar Relebohile Mofokeng back from injury.

Mofokeng missed over one month of action for the Buccaneers.

In total, the club fan-favourite has already missed 10 games for his side so far this season.

The good news however is that he’s back and looking as sharp as ever. Now, Orlando Pirates coach Abdeslam Ouaddou has commented on the return of the South African star.

‘We love that player’, says Orlando Pirates coach

Ouaddou has expressed his joy following the return of his star man Relebohile Mofokeng.

Mofokeng made his eagerly anticipated return for the Buccaneers on Wednesday night during a league match.

Ouaddou’s side earned a hard-fought 3-1 victory over the high-flying Golden Arrows.

Mofokeng was introduced as a substitute in the 81st minute. He made his impact felt after just five minutes on the field of play, assisting Yanele Mbuthuma for his side’s third goal of the evening.

Now, Ouaddou has heaped praise on the 21-year-old Orlando Pirates ace.

“It’s fantastic to see him back in our team. Especially when you give him 15 minutes, he gives all his best. You see he gave the assist. It’s a special player for us,” – Ouaddou said as quoted by IDiski Times.

Mofokeng already a centurion

At the tender age of 21, Relebohile Mofokeng is already a centurion at Orlando Pirates.

The winger has made 101 appearances for the club thus far. He also has an impressive 18 goals to his name and 24 assists.
