Tyler ICU apologises to his Lebanon fans

South African music producer and DJ Tyler ICU has officially canceled his much-anticipated performance in Lebanon, which was set to take place on June 20, 2025.

The decision was made in response to the ongoing conflict involving Israel and Iran, which has heightened security concerns in the region.

In a statement released by his team, it was confirmed that the cancellation was a necessary step taken after a thorough risk assessment.

“We regret to inform you that the artist will not be able to perform in Lebanon on the 20th of June 2025 as originally scheduled,” the statement read.

The amapiano star’s management emphasized that the safety of Tyler ICU, his team, and all event attendees remains the top priority.

“In light of the ongoing conflict involving Israel and Iran, and after a thorough assessment of the regional security situation, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to cancel the performance.”

While fans in Lebanon are understandably disappointed, Tyler ICU extended heartfelt apologies to event organizers, sponsors, and supporters, expressing gratitude for their patience during these uncertain times.

Despite the setback, there’s still hope for a future performance.

Tyler ICU’s team revealed that they are in talks with the promoter to explore a new date for the show.

“We sincerely hope to return when conditions allow for a safe and successful event,” the statement concluded.

Tyler ICU also assured fans that he remains eager to perform and looks forward to reconnecting with his audience soon.
