Amakhosi could climb up to second place if they beat newly-promoted Orbit College at the FNB Stadium.

Winless run

The Glamour Boys arrested a four-match winless run after they edged Durban City 1-0 last Friday to momentarily go above Orlando Pirates, who reclaimed third position with a 1-1 draw against the Brazilians the following day.

The Mswenko Boyz recorded back-to-back wins for the first time as they downed Magesi FC 3-1 last Saturday, to pull four points clear of the danger zone in 13th spot.

This will be the first ever league meeting between Kaizer Chiefs and Orbit College.

Other matches

Elsewhere on Tuesday, Sekhukhune United will be desperate to get their title challenge back on track when they host Richards Bay at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium.

Eric Tinkler’s side missed out on the opportunity to return to the league summit after they suffered a disappointing 1-0 defeat against Siwelele FC last Friday, which left them two points adrift of Masandawana.

The Natal Rich Boyz are looking to snap a three-game winless run after a 1-1 draw with Rise And Shine on Saturday left them three points above the relegation/playoff berth in 12th place.

A massive three points will be up for grabs when rock-bottom Chippa United lock horns with Magesi at Buffalo City Stadium.

Vusumuzi Vilakazi is still searching for his first win at the helm since replacing Luc Eymael on 22 October, having kicked off his tenure with a 3-0 loss to AmaZulu on Saturday

Dikwena tsa Meetse are only three points better off in 15th place after Orbit College inflicted their sixth defeat of the season and a third in five games.

Finally, AmaZulu and Polokwane City go head-to-head at the Princess Magogo Stadium.
