Thobeka Majozi, Cassper Nyovest’s ex, revealed on her birthday that the rapper cheated on her with TV host Pulane Mojaki while their son was battling cancer.
“I’ve always tried to keep my life private, but balancing that with everything I was dealing with was tough. I spent two years living in a hospital while my son went through chemotherapy and surgery.”
Their son is now cancer-free.
After discovering the affair, Thobeka said she couldn’t trust Cassper anymore. The rapper had previously admitted to sex addiction and ego issues on a podcast.
Cassper responded on Instagram: “Earlier this year, I went on a few podcasts to share the life I was living and the mistakes that I made, including the hurt caused to a lot of people, including my baby mama.”
He explained that he had left out his son’s cancer diagnosis because he and Thobeka had agreed not to share that information with the public.
“I thought I was honouring her and my son, but maybe that came across as me trying to defend myself,” he said.
“I was living a secret life, doing things I thought were fine because no one knew. But I ended up hurting the person I loved the most.”
Cassper apologised to Thobeka and her family, saying: “I am not proud of what I did, but it is something that I cannot take back. I grew from it and had to forgive myself for what I did.”
