Madibeng municipal manager Quiet Kgatla has been forcibly removed from the municipal building amid an ongoing dispute over his suspension. MDNtv has obtained video of the confrontation inside the building.
Kgatla survived a shooting near Hartbeespoort in July. There is no established link between that attack and today’s incident.
