When and where are Pirates playing the Carling semis?

Orlando PiratesĀ supporters feel they are the favourites to lift theĀ Carling KnockoutĀ after the surprise first-round exits ofĀ Mamelodi SundownsĀ andĀ Kaizer Chiefs.

Marumo GallantsĀ dumped outĀ Kabo YellowĀ on penalty shootouts after aĀ 0-0Ā defensive masterclass that included extra time.Ā AmakhosiĀ also went out on penalties after a goalless draw againstĀ Stellenbosch FC.

The date and venues for the semi-finals have just been made available.

ORLANDO PIRATES TO TRAVEL AWAY FOR THE CARLING KNOCKOUT SEMIFINALS

Golden Arrows became the first team to make the final four after aĀ 2-1Ā win over TS Galaxy last week. Richards Bay took the second slot following aĀ 3-1Ā win over Durban City.

Orlando Pirates were the next team to advanceĀ with the 2-1 victory over defending champions Magesi FC, and lastly it was Gallants withĀ 4-0Ā over Stellies.

The draw has confirmed that Golden Arrows will be at home to Marumo Gallants. Before the semi-final battle, the two sides will first battle in the Betway Premiership on Sunday in Durban.

The second semifinal fixtures will be Richards Bay welcoming Orlando Pirates in KZN.

Sunday 9 November

  • Golden Arrows vs Marumo Gallants
  • King Zwelithini Stadium (Durban) at 15:00.
