Chymamusique warns fans to pray before travelling

South African DJ and producer Chymamusique has urged people to pray before they travel or stay home if the trip is not too important.

Taking to social media, the award-winning hitmaker shared a cryptic message that many believe was inspired by his near-fatal car accident earlier this year, an accident that sadly claimed the life of his friend, DJ Poizen.

“In my heart there’s been an urge to pass a message for people to pray before they travel or stay home if the trip is not too important. It’s gonna be wild on the roads for the last part of the year. Those who have ears to read and ears to hear, le kwele,” he wrote.

The emotional post comes weeks after Chymamusique survived a deadly crash on the N1 near Ysterberg Mountain outside Polokwane.

The accident happened after a gig in Mokopane and left several people injured while DJ Poizen sadly lost his life.
