VICTORIA EXPLAINS WHY SHE STOPPED WORKING FOR KYLIE
In a recent podcast episode, Victoria explained that the tipping point was when the cosmetic mogul, whose hairstylist passed away in 2025, asked her to fetch her laptop from upstairs. She basically refused and questioned why Kylie couldn’t get it herself.
The following clip, posted on the E! News Instagram page, shows Victoria opening up about why she quit working for Kylie.
“Me and Kylie obviously had a working relationship. But you can’t not get so close to a person that you see every single day, and you know everything about, and you’re with them at all times, good or bad, began Victoria.
She added, “She was like Oof, Vic, I need my laptop, and it’s upstairs, and I was like Oof, who’s gonna get that? I don’t want to go get your laptop, and I was like I know it’s time.”
The comments section was filled with people who thought Victoria was slightly unprofessional, since that was part of her job as an assistant, and that they would have attended to Kylie’s request in a heartbeat.

In 2019, Kylie reached billionaire status due to the significant success of her beauty brand, Kylie Cosmetics.
Established in 2014, the brand has created many job opportunities, but most importantly, the products have become a hit among consumers because they are a must-have in women’s skincare routines.
ANOTHER EMPLOYEE DETAILED CONCERNING WORKING ENVIRONMENT
In 2020, Jessica DeFino called out her former boss, Kim Kardashian, on X, after she flaunted her collection of 14 horses from their ranch.
Jessica tweeted that while working as an editor for the Kardashian-Jenner app, she was underpaid and struggled to maintain a decent lifestyle.
Additionally, the well-known family didn’t allow her to take on other freelance jobs to help supplement her income.
“I had to buy groceries at the 99 Cents Only Stores when I worked as an editor on the Kardashian-Jenner official apps, and I got reprimanded for freelancing on the side.”
