The influencer, known for her bold online presence and viral moments, had been inactive on social media for several weeks, with no clear updates on her whereabouts or reason for stepping back. Her disappearance quickly became a topic of discussion across various platforms, with followers speculating about a possible break from public life.

Cyan has now returned online, addressing her absence and reassuring followers that she is doing well. While she did not go into full detail about everything that led to her stepping back, she hinted that the break was necessary for personal reasons and to focus on her well-being.

Daily Sun reported that Cyan admitted that social media had become overwhelming and destructive, leaving her emotionally drained and constantly under pressure.

“I did say I’ve been distracted a lot on social media. Hence, I decided to delete the apps I had for a little while,” she said.

“I do feel like I am holding it together, but I’m also so overwhelmed. It’s so overwhelming just to have so many people know me and read about me. Social media absolutely drained me. Just seeing myself almost all the time on the internet has been a lot,” she said.

The influencer has previously been open about the challenges of living life in the public eye, including online criticism and the pressure to constantly remain visible and relevant. Her latest silence appears to have reignited conversations around influencer burnout and the impact of digital exposure on mental health.

Social media users also reflected on how quickly speculation spreads when public figures step away without explanation, with many urging more understanding when creators choose to take breaks.
